PIPEWORKS L. TZIRAKIAN is established in Philadelphia, Attica.

Takes legal form as a public company under the name of PROFIL PIPEWORKS L TZIRAKIAN S.A.

Gets relocated to its privately owned land in Oinofyta Voiotia , and the construction of two industrial sites of 10770 square meters is completed.

Gets listed on the Athens Stock Exchange main market, under the distinctive name of TZKA.
A brand new unit for large dimension hollow sections and the process of galvanizing products is applied.

The company expands after an area 14917 square meters is purchased in Oinofyta Voiotias and a new industrial production wing of 3808 square meters is constructed.

Production of steel sheets. Which is an addition of a product to the already existent range.

Acquisition of 51.01% of the share capital of ALME S.A.

Purchase of a new pipeline for the production of tubes.

Gets certification on procedures according to the ISO 9001 model.

Purchase of a new truck fleet.

Purchase of a state of the art pipe production machine in compliance to the European requirements.

Purchase of a new cooling tower outside the company’s new facility in order to reduce the amount of waste product.

The company’s distribution network gets restructured.

The subsidiary ALME S.A. with an NPV of 2.6 million euro is sold.

A dedicated waste disposal area is constructed with dedicated collection bins in accordance with the environmental standard ISO14001. 

The electrical and electronic equipment of the main pipeline for the production of hollow sections is upgraded (marking this the company’s biggest investment in the last five years).

Two older forklifts are replaced with newer models.

Purchase of vertical continuous flow feeder for the factory’s machine #7. 

The 3 main shareholders increase the share capital to 8 million euro.

2 new cranes with a lifting capability of 30 tons are installed in both the company’s internal and external storages of raw materials (coils).

• Πιστοποίηση της εταιρίας για παραγωγή σωλήνων τύπου 3 για κατασκευή ικριωμάτων (σκαλωσιές).

• Αγορά ταχυπρίονου ψυχρής κοπής για μια ακόμη μηχανή μας, καθώς και κολλητικού υψηλής συχνότητας για την δημιουργία αυτογενούς συγκόλλησης.
• Επέκταση προϊοντικού χαρτοφυλακίου με εμπορία νέων ειδών κατασκευαστικών δοκών IPE,UPN,HEA,HEB.
• Αγορά κολλητικού υψηλής συχνότητας για την δημιουργία αυτογενούς συγκόλλησης σε μια από τις μηχανές μας.
• Αγορά δεύτερου ταχυπρίονου ψυχρής κοπής.

A storage area of 3500 square meters is constructed. This area will house 4 cranes.
