Following are brief resumes of the members of the board of directors as well as the executives of the company:
He has studied Mechanical engineering and has been in the company since 1987.He was the president and ceo of the company until 2018, also he was an executive member of the board until 6/7/2021. Furthermore he served as president of the board of Directors of the affiliated company “Europa Profil Aluminium SA”. Due to his long-term presence in the Company and in particular his long term of service on the Board of Directors as an executive member, he has gained experience in the management of corporate affairs and knowledge of the individual sectors in which the Company operates. His contribution, proven experience and knowledge will contribute to the further growth and development of the Company.
He is a graduate of the School of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), specializing in Metallurgical Processes, due to his interest in steel. He then received postgraduate training at the London School of Business & Finance, one of the most prestigious universities in it’s field, according to the financial times. The subject of his studies there was Finance, specializing in Risk management. He joined the company in 2007, where 5 years later, he took over the position of Production Manager and from 2015 to 2017, with a commercial orientation, he took over the position of deputy CEO in the Company. Since 2018, he has been acting as CEO with full supervision of all the Company’s divisions and since 2020 he has also assumed the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors. At the same time, from 2013 to 2019 he held the position of Managing Director at Profil Accessories S.A., while between 2018 and 2019 he also held the position of Managing Director at Europa Profil Aluminium SA.
She graduated from Deree College with a degree in Business Administration (Management and Organizational Behavior). She continued her studies in the United Kingdom where she graduated with an MBA from the University of Hull in 1999. Since September 1999 she has been working in the Tzirakian Group as a Supplies Manager.
He graduated from the Higher School of Aircraft Engineering and he has economics knowledge. He is an entrepreneur with long lasting experience in the food industry.
She is a graduate of the School of Rural & Surveying Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a post-graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business in the program “Marketing & Communication”. She has received scholarships from the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY) both in 2009 and 2015, for her excellent performance. In the professional field, she has a long experience in the field of Marketing and Communication as well as in modern forms of Marketing (Social Media, digital environment and digital media). Additionally in the beginning of her professional career, she was also active in the field of her basic studies, as a Surveyor Engineer.
He is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and speaks three languages, English, French and Spanish. He is an entrepreneur with his main activity being the production and marketing of industrial machinery while representing major foreign companies. He has sufficient knowledge in the field of the shaped tube industry in which the company operates.
He is a graduate of Boston University with BSc degrees in economics and computer science. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston. He has worked in the hotel industry and in the IT industry.
He is a graduate of the Department of Finance and Banking Administration of the University of Piraeus, an economist and a member of the O.E.E. He has worked in the domestic industrial sector, in multinational companies and in companies active in the energy sector. He joined the Company in December 2012.
She is a graduate of the University of Economics of the UK, a member of the Greek Institute of Chartered Accountants (S.O.E.L.), and has many years of experience in auditing legal entities under private law, having worked for many years in audit work and methodology of audit firms.
